Born and raised in Italy, Tiziano Zorzan has been part of the international entertainment industry since he was sixteen. He has experimented, travelled, planned, created, written, worked with names such as Sharon Stone, Whoopie Goldberg, Elizabeth Taylor, David Foster amongst others, overviewed and directed widely.

His career isn’t confined to entertainment, as he has equally spent his time as a marketing director and brand developer, gaining plaudits at his much coveted expertise as a ‘turn-around’ management strategist. His ability to take a brand and reinvigorate, reinvent and shape the profile of, has brought him international acclaim. Experimentalism has always been an important starting point for Tiziano’s work and this has always been accompanied by an almost blind faith in on- line comms as the only possible and sustainable platform for projects developement and diffusion.

His understanding is broad in all facets of management. This all encompassing knowledge includes finance, marketing and communication, strategic planning, human resources and on- line, together with the ability to lead and motivate others beyond their own expectations, Tiziano has conceptualized an idea of combining multifuncional and emotional marketing techniques together to make a business product that allows for scenario training for specific needs. Often described as a business guru and an expert on re-branding, Tiziano is the founder of Turn Around Management®, a strategic marketing & communication consulting firm that drive outstanding results. Tiziano acts as a catalyst, converting business objectives into reknowned communication strategies; he has a strong creative team of visualisers, designers, web experts and copywriters.
Visionary when it comes to understanding the zeitgeist and forecasting trends, translating them into a viable business for the consumers, he predicts what they want and he is capable to induce and address reactions in the market through a precise strategy of emotions.
He looks for intersections between ideas and how they might merge. "Several ideas could get combined in a next-generation marketing," says Tiziano. "Everybody must contribute all the time, from the investor to the customer".

Young talented people from all over Europe have been working together with Tiziano to deliver impactful projects. Turnaround Management® has in fact enabled each young member of the team to learn marketing techniques including researching, using every possible web tool and structure a campaign: youngsters have become a source of true inspiration and his fundamental partners. “I’m asking others to join me in my mission to help young people believe in themselves and rise, while they’re helping me more in my personal growth” said Tiziano.

Amongst other things Tiziano is currently working on a project called AVANPOSTO, a retail space, a gallery for temporary Art and Fashion collections and a venue for selected themed events at the same time. Tiziano will rebrand and sell products for the interior decoration, ranging from vases to sculptures, rugs, candles and fragrances, small furniture with great character. Unique pieces of art and even customized replicas. Flower engeneering at its best interpretation will be associated with objects, while it will be possible to hire an expert to permanently decorate private houses, restaurants, shops, venues.

“I want to find a space between spaces for Italianity. Things do not necessarily need to be branded but definitely they are going to be made in Italy. We won’t consider items with a heavy foot-print on earth: we just can’t anymore.”
Based in New York for the last two years and Milan for the last twenty, Tiziano has worked for clients as diverse as Cartier, Rolex, Four Seasons, Tom Ford, Baldinini, Louis Vuitton, Piaget, Lindt and Panerai to name a few. Tiziano will operate in his AVANPOSTO as an in-house total- style consultant.
